Specialty: The Hunter Kolsch, a golden German Ale
Description: The Hunter Beer Co. was established at Potters Hotel & Brewery in 2003 by the Colissmo family. Originally the brewery contract brewed St Arnou products, but went on to establish it own range of beers under the auspices of Head Brewer Luke Scott. The first Hunter beer produced was our flagship beer, the Hunter Kolsch, a golden German Ale. This was quickly followed by a European style Lager and a Bock. Hunter Beer Co. currently produces six beers available on tap and in bottle all year round and has an ever changing array of seasonal releases and boasts up to ten beers at any one time.

Bluetongue Brewery. - Stall: 19

Specialty: Bluetongue Alcoholic Ginger Beer
Description: Bluetongue Brewery was founded in November 2003 by four Hunter based entrepreneurs who wanted to create premium Australian beer with the stamp of their local region. Their vision was to produce a range of beers suitable for the Australian palate, to delight with original flavours and tantalise the taste buds with an unexpected and fresh beer experience.

Specialty: Murray's Angry Man Pale Ale
Description: Australia’s most extreme brewer, Murray’s Craft Brewing Co, is a 100% Australian-owned craft beer business established just 3 years ago by passionate craft beer enthusiast, Murray Howe. Specialty: Pale Ale!
Description: Little Creatures is a brewing company based in Fremantle, Western Australia, originally established in 2000 by the original brewers of the Matilda Bay Brewing Company. The name "Little Creatures" is inspired by a song lyric from the Talking Heads Little Creatures album and refers to the live yeast cells that turn the sugars in malt wort into alcohol. An independent craft brewery movement in Australia, Little Creatures has become renowned for its Pale Ale and has won numerous Australian International Beer Awards.

Specialty: Kolsch
Description: The 4 Pines brewing motto, “Handcrafted beer brewed naturally,” means in a nutshell that when you drink a 4 Pines beer you are getting the best of natures goodness. Each brew is a 500 litre batch – It takes a lot of hard work from start to end & all happens on premise to provide you with a quality beer from the tap. Brewed using traditional German laws of purity, allowing only 4 ingredients; Hops, water, yeast & malt.

Specialty: Beez Neez
Description: The longest-established of all Australian craft breweries, Matilda Bay was founded by Phil Sexton in West Australia back in 1984, making small batches of beer for sale in Fremantle’s Sail & Anchor pub. First off the production line was the Redback wheat beer – the first of its style made in Australia and still winning awards today. Having outgrown its microbrewery origins, Matilda Bay appears on taps all over the country, often acting as the first contact drinkers have with craft beer

Brew_by_U Stall: 21

Description: Brew by U allows beer lovers to come into the brewery to choose a brew, create the brew using all natural high quality ingredients, leave the brew in our temperature controlled fermentation rooms for us to care for. They then return to can, bottle or have their beer transferred to a keg or kegs. Although, no experience is necesary, it appeals to people who like the idea of homebrewing, but don't want the hassle of doing home brew or are disappointed by the results.

Australian owned, operated brewery lead by 5th and 6th generation convict decendents.  Our craft beers will bring to life the true stories of early Australian convicts and settlers, beginning with traditional, great tasting ales - just like your grandfathers’ grandfather drank. Rocks brewing beers will amaze all beer lovers with their complex and sophisticated flavors whilst staying true to our simplistic brewing process.
